George earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas and a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. George is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a Chartered Market Technician® and is a member of the CFA Society and the CMT Association. George brings his varied experience to Integra including 25 years as chief trust investment officer for two of Houston’s premier local banks and chief investment officer of one of Houston’s largest independent trust companies. George’s career has led him through many different investment disciplines, giving him greater insight into professional investment management. His varied background includes working as a sales manager for a residential home builder, a commodities trader with a multi-national firm and a municipal and government bond trader with a large regional bank before joining a local independent Houston trust company as bond trader, portfolio manager and eventually chief investment officer.
